Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 24.--REGULATION OF CERTAIN TRADE PRACTICES

      40-2401.   Purpose of act.The purpose of this act is to regulate trade practices in the businessof insurance in accordance with the intent of congress as expressed in theact of congress of March 9, 1945 (Public Law 15 [*], 79th Congress), bydefining, or providing for the determination of, all such practices in thisstate which constitute unfair methods of competition or unfair or deceptiveacts or practices and by prohibiting the trade practices so defined ordetermined.
