Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 24.--REGULATION OF CERTAIN TRADE PRACTICES

40-2412. Same; provisions additional to existing law.The powers vested in the commissioner by this act, shall be additionalto any other powers to enforce any penalties, fines or forfeituresauthorized by law with respect to the methods, acts and practices herebydeclared to be unfair or deceptive.
