Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 24.--REGULATION OF CERTAIN TRADE PRACTICES

40-2414. Same; invalidity of part.If any provision of this act, or the application of such provision toany person or circumstances, shall be held invalid, the remainder of theact, and the application of such provision to persons or circumstancesother than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affectedthereby.
