Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 24.--REGULATION OF CERTAIN TRADE PRACTICES

40-2416. Same; definitions.When used in this act: "Commissioner" shall mean the commissioner ofinsurance of this state; "unfair trade practice law" shall mean K.S.A.40-2401 through 40-2414,K.S.A. 2009 Supp.40-2414a and 40-2414b, andamendments thereto;"residents" shall meanand include person, partnership or corporation, domestic, alien orforeign.
