Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 25.--AUTOMOBILE CLUB SERVICES

40-2512. Same; severability.If any word, phrase, sentence or provision of this act is determined tobe invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of thisact and they shall be given effect without the invalid provision, and tothis end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable.
