Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 29.--KANSAS INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION ACT

      40-2914.   Same; rates and premiums of policies to include amounts ofassessments to association.The rates and premiums charged for insurance policies to which this actapplies shall include amounts sufficient to recoup a sum equal to theamounts paid to the association by the member insurer less any amountsreturned to the member insurer by the association and such rates shall notbe deemed excessive because they contain an amount reasonably calculated torecoup assessments paid by the member insurer.
