Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2a.--INVESTMENTS BY OTHER THAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-2a17.   International bank for reconstruction and development,inter-American development bank and African development bank.Any insurance company other than life organized under any law of this statemay invest with the direction or approval of a majority of its board ofdirectors or authorized committee thereof, any of its funds, or any partthereof in bonds or other evidences of indebtedness issued, assumed, orguaranteed by the international bank for reconstruction and development,the inter-American development bank or by the African development bank.
