Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 30.--LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION

      40-3004.   Liberal construction.This act shall be liberally construed to effect the purpose underK.S.A. 40-3002 which shall constitute an aid and guide tointerpretation.
