Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 30.--LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION

40-3014. Examination and regulation by commissioner; financial report.The association shall be subject to examination and regulation by thecommissioner. The board of directors shall submit to the commissioner, notlater than 120 days after the association's fiscalyear ends, a financial report in a form approved by the commissionerand a report of itsactivities during the preceding fiscal year.
