Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 30.--LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION

      40-3015.   Association exempt from certain fees and taxes.The association shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxeslevied by this state or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied onreal property.
