Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 30.--LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION

      40-3017.   Liabilities of parties for acts.There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of anynature shall arise against any member insurer or its agents or employees,the association or its agents or employees, members of the board ofdirectors, or the commissioner or the commissioner'srepresentatives, for any action or omissionby them in the performance of their powers and duties under this act.Such immunity shall extend to the participation in any organization ofone or more other state associations of similar purposes and to any suchorganization and its agents or employees.
