Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 31.--KANSAS AUTOMOBILE INJURY REPARATIONS ACT

40-3102. Purpose.The purpose of this act is to provide a means of compensating personspromptly for accidental bodily injury arising out of the ownership,operation, maintenance or use of motor vehicles in lieu of liability fordamages to the extent provided herein.
