Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 31.--KANSAS AUTOMOBILE INJURY REPARATIONS ACT

      40-3121.   Severability; 40-3117 declared nonseverable.If any provisions of this act, or the application thereof to any personor circumstance, is held unconstitutional, the remainder of this act andthe application of such provision to other persons or circumstancesshall not be affected thereby; and it shall be conclusively presumedthat the legislature would have enacted the remainder of this actwithout such invalid or unconstitutional provision: Provided, ThatK.S.A. 40-3117 is expressly declared to be nonseverable.
