Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3215.   Rules and regulations.The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary tocarry out the provisions of this act.
