Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3216.   Penalty.Any person who violates any provision of this act or any rule orregulation issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a class Cmisdemeanor.
