Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3218.   Contractual designation of persons to make recommendedfindings to commissioner.The commissioner in carrying out his obligations under the provisions ofthis act may by agreement or by contract designate qualified persons tomake recommendations concerning the findings and determinations required tobe made by him. Recommendations received pursuant to this section may berejected or accepted in full or in part by the commissioner.
