Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3221.   Liability of officers.Any person who is an officer or principal managing director of theaffairs of a health maintenance organization or medicare providerorganization shall be fully and personallyliable and accountable for any willful and intentional violations of theprovisions of this act, by such person or by persons undersuch person's control.It is not intended through this legislationtomodify the existing law of Kansas regarding personal or corporate liabilityfor negligence or malpractice.
