Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

40-3235. Health maintenance organization act;provisions supplemental to.K.S.A. 40-3231 through 40-3234, and amendmentsthereto, shall be part of and supplemental to the health maintenanceorganization act cited at K.S.A. 40-3201 et seq., and amendmentsthereto.
