Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 34.--HEALTH CARE PROVIDER INSURANCE

      40-3403a.   Termination of fund coverage; equivalent insurance required.Anyhealth care provider whose fund coverage has been terminatedunder subsection (i) of K.S.A. 40-3403 and amendments thereto shall, as acondition of licensure, maintain professional liability insurance coverageequivalentto that provided by the fund and shall submit to the board of governorssatisfactory proof of such coverage, asrequired by the commissioner.
