Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 34.--HEALTH CARE PROVIDER INSURANCE

      40-3415.   Consultation and assistance in maintaining compliance with act.The board of governors, the commissioner, the attorney general, thehealth care stabilization fund oversight committee and theofficers and employees of the state agencies which license, register,certify or otherwise regulate health care providers are authorized anddirected to consult with and assist each other in maintaining compliancewith the provisions of this act.
