Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 36.--IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS

40-3658. Severability of act.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder ofthis act and the application of such provision to other persons orcircumstancesshall not be affected thereby.
