Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 38.--REGULATION AND REGISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS

      40-3825.   Same; rules and regulations.In accordance with the provisions of the rules and regulationsfiling act, K.S.A. 77-415 etseq., and amendments thereto, the commissioner may adopt, amend and revokerulesandregulations governing the administration and enforcement of this act, includingbut not limited to:

      (a)   The content of the application form;

      (b)   the content of any other form or report required to implement this act;and

      (c)   such other rules and regulations as the commissioner may deem necessaryto carry outthe provisions of this act.
