Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 38.--REGULATION AND REGISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS

      40-3826.   Same; violation; penalty.Any person who acts as a pharmacy benefits manager without beingregistered as requiredby this act shall be subject to a fine of $500 for each violation.
