Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 38.--REGULATION AND REGISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS

40-3828. Same; severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance is heldinvalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of theact which can begiven effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this actare severable.
