Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

40-432. Invalidity of part.If any clause, sentence, section, provision, or part of this act shallbe adjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason by any courtof competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate, impair, oraffect the remainder of this act, which shall remain in full force andeffect.
