Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-433a.   Same; provision granting employee right of assignment ofbenefits.Any policy of group life insurance issued under the authority granted inK.S.A. 40-433 subsection (1) may, at the option of theinsurer, contain a provision granting to any employee insured under thepolicy the inalienable right to irrevocably or revocably assign allrights, privileges, benefits, or other incidents of ownership conferredupon the employee by the policy by filing such assignment with theinsurer and the policyholder.
