Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

40-443. Same; approval of commissioner.No such policy shall be issued, nor shall any application, rider orendorsement be used in connection therewith, until such policy,application, rider or endorsement has been approved by the commissioner oruntil thirty (30) days after the filing of any such form, whichever firstoccurs.
