Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-445.   Same; withdrawal of approval; notice and hearing; unlawful forinsurer to issue or use such form.The commissioner may at any time, after a hearing conducted in accordancewith the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act, of whichnot less than 20 days written notice shall have been given to the insurer,withdraw approval of any such form on any of the grounds stated in thisact. It shall be unlawful for the insurer to issue such form or use it inconnection with any policy after the effective date of such withdrawal of approval.
