Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

40-4,109. Same; disclosure of deathbenefits.Any annuity contract that does not provide cash surrenderbenefits or does not provide death benefits at least equal to the minimumnonforfeiture amount prior to thecommencement of any annuity payments shall include a statement in a prominentplace in suchcontract that such benefits are not provided.
