Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-4,110.   Same; inclusion of lapse of timeconsiderations.Any paid-up annuity, cash surrender or death benefitsavailableat any time,other than on the contract anniversary under any annuity contract with fixedscheduledconsiderations, shall be calculated with allowance for the lapse of time andthe payment of anyscheduled considerations beyond the beginning of the contract year in whichcessation ofpayment of considerations under the annuity contract occurs.
