Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 40.--CONVERSION OF DOMESTIC MUTUAL INSURER INTO DOMESTIC STOCK INSURER

40-4014. Filing amended articles of incorporation with secretary ofstate.Not later than 24 hours after issuance of thecertificate of authority tothe converted stock insurer, a certified copy of the amended articles ofincorporation of the insurer shall be filed with the secretary of state.
