Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 41.--RISK RETENTION AND PURCHASING GROUPS

40-4109. Policy issued to risk retention group not required to be countersigned.A policy of insurance issued to a risk retention group or anymember of that group shall not be required to be countersigned as otherwiseprovided by K.S.A. 40-246, and amendments thereto.
