Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 41.--RISK RETENTION AND PURCHASING GROUPS

      40-4114.   Rules and regulations.The commissioner is hereby authorized to adopt suchrules and regulations relating to risk retention groups as maybe necessary to carry out theprovisions of this act.
