Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 43.--CAPTIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES

40-4310. Investments; restrictions and limitations.No captive insurance companyshall be subject to any restrictions on allowableinvestments whatever, including those limitations contained in sectionsK.S.A. 40-2a01 et seq., and amendments thereto, except that thecommissioner may prohibit or limit any investment that threatens thesolvency or liquidity of any such company.
