Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 43.--CAPTIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-4313.   Companies prohibited from joining or benefitting frominsolvency guarantee funds.No captive insurance company shall be permitted to join orcontribute financially to any plan, pool, association or guaranty orinsolvency fund in this state, nor shall any captive insurance company, orits insured, or its parent or any affiliated company,receive any benefit from any such plan,pool, association or guaranty or insolvency fund for claims arising out ofthe operations of such captive insurance company.
