Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 45.--REGULATION OF REINSURANCE INTERMEDIARIES

40-4513. Continuation of existing contracts.Contracts between an insurer and a reinsurance broker or areinsurer and a reinsurance manager which became effective on or before theeffective date of this act may continue in full effect and force until June 30,1993.
