Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 48.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      40-4804.   Same; citation of act; effectivedate.(a) K.S.A. 40-4801 through 40-4804 and amendments thereto shall beknown as the amusementrideinsurance act.

      (b)   The amusement ride insurance act shall take effect and be in force on andafter January 1, 2001.
