Article 54.--CONTROLLED INSURANCE PROGRAMS ACT

      40-5401.   Short title.The provisions of K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 40-5401 through 40-5405, and amendmentsthereto, shall be known and may be cited as the controlled insurance programsact.
