Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 55.--PUBLIC ADJUSTERS LICENSING ACT

40-5519. Same; severability.If any provisions of this act, or the application of a provision to any personor circumstances, shall be held invalid, the remainder of the act, and theapplication of the provision to persons or circumstances other than those towhich it is held invalid, shall not be affected.
