Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 7.--FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

40-753. Insurance laws application to societies.Except as herein provided, societies shall be governed by thisact and shall be exempt from all other provisions of the insurance laws ofthis state unless they be expressly designated therein or unless it isspecifically made applicable by this act.
