Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 7.--FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

      40-756.   Licenses continued in force upon payment of fees; certifiedcopy of license prima facie evidence licensee is society.Societies which are now authorized to transact business inthis state, and all societies hereafter licensed, may continue suchbusiness as provided in K.S.A. 40-215, and amendments thereto, uponpayment of the fee prescribed in K.S.A. 40-252, and amendments thereto. Aduly certified copy or duplicate of such license shall be prima facieevidence that the licensee is a fraternal benefit society within the meaning of this act.
