Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 7.--FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

      40-763.   Societies and agents subject to law regulating tradepractices; construction and application thereof.Every society and agent authorized to do business in thisstate shall be subject to the provisions of article 24 of chapter 40 of theKansas Statutes Annotated, but nothing in such provisions shall beconstrued as applying to or affecting the right of any society to determineits eligibility requirements for membership or be construed as applying toor affecting the offering of benefits exclusively to members or personseligible for membership in the society by a subsidiary corporation oraffiliated organization of the society.
