Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 7.--FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

      40-781.   Rules and regulations.The commissioner of insurance may adopt such rules andregulations as are reasonable, necessary and incidental to the enforcementand administration of the provisions of this act.
