Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 7.--FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

40-782. Severability of act.If any section, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this actshall be declared unconstitutional or void for any reason, such fact shallnot in any way affect the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences orphrases of this act, but the same shall continue in full force and effect.
