Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 9.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO FIRE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-963.   Same; violations; penalties.The commissioner, if the commissioner finds any person ororganization has violated any provision of this act, may impose a penalty ofnot more than $500 for each violation, but, if the commissioner finds suchviolation to be willful, may impose a penalty of not more than $2,000 for eachsuch violation. Such penalties may be in addition to any other penalty providedby law. The commissioner may suspend the license of any rating organization orinsurer which fails to comply with an order of the commissioner withinthe time limited by such order, or any extension thereof which the commissionermay grant.
