Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 11.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      41-1121.   Same; penalties for violations.Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guiltyof a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as providedby law.
