Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

41-2605. Licenses; to whom issued.The director shall issue an annual license to each applicant for licensurewhich qualifies under this act. Such license shall be issued in the nameof the corporation, partners, trustees, association officers orindividual applying.
