Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

      41-2607.   Club licenses; term; refunds.The license provided herein shall be issued for a term of one year,renewable on expiration. The secretary of revenue shall adopt, inaccordance with K.S.A. 41-210 and amendmentsthereto, rules and regulationsproviding for the authorization of refunds of the license fees paid for anyperiod in which the licensee shall not use such license as the result ofthe license beingcanceled at the request of the licensee and for voluntary reasons.
