Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

41-2650. Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof to any personor circumstances is held invalid the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
