Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 27.--CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES

      41-2709.   Injunction proceedings.The attorney general, or any county attorney of the state within hiscounty or any city attorney within his city shall at all times have thepower to enjoin any party from selling cereal malt beverages within thecounty or city notwithstanding said party has a license and permit if itshall appear that the licensee has violated any provision or regulation ofthis act or any of the rules or regulations prescribed under this act.Injunction proceedings shall be the same as is now prescribed for theenjoining of intoxicating liquor nuisances.
